For many drivers a workshop is a slightly mysterious place — you leave the car and wait for the result. So we decided to open the doors wide and show what our work really looks like. The open day turned out to be a great chance to talk with customers without rushing and bust a few car myths.
What happened during the event
We prepared several zones for visitors:
- live computer-diagnostics demonstrations
- a step-by-step 3D HUNTER wheel-alignment presentation
- a visit to the paint shop and a surface-prep demo
- a corner for questions to the mechanics — no jargon, no rush
The most questions about alignment and DPF
It turned out that these very topics raise the most doubts — and the most myths, which we managed to dispel on the spot.
Transparency you can see
We showed what thorough diagnostics looks like and why some repairs take longer. When a customer sees the process with their own eyes, it’s easier to understand what they’re paying for — and that’s exactly what this day was for.
Trust is born of openness
The best advertisement for a workshop is being able to look over its shoulder. We have nothing to hide.
